Loren Gill

Founder & CEO

Loren Gill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LD2G Enterprises, LLC, where he leads a portfolio of hospitality and gaming consulting and advisory businesses serving tribal, commercial, and development partners across North America. Through LD2G, Gill works closely with CEOs, tribal governments, ownership groups, and executive leadership teams to support operational recovery, new casino and hospitality development, and long-term enterprise performance. Gill has been recognized as a servant leader who believes great organizations are built by developing great people.


In addition to his advisory work, Gill is an active investor in several business and development partnerships, as well as his family’s equestrian ventures. His client portfolio includes organizations such as Hard Rock International, Seminole Gaming, Full House Resorts, the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, the Coeur d’Alene Tribe of Idaho, the Shoshone Paiute Tribe of Idaho, FanRally, and Sparket – The Social Betwork™, among others across both tribal and commercial gaming enterprises.


Before launching LD2G Enterprises, Gill served as Chief Executive Officer of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, a federally recognized tribe located in Highland, California. During his five-year tenure, he served as the transformational leader responsible for guiding the tribal government organization, multiple business enterprises, investment funds, and the tribe’s industry-leading casino and hotel operations to record levels of performance and growth.

Since 1995, Gill has held leadership roles across tribal, private, and public gaming sectors, including serving as General Manager of the Seneca Nation’s flagship property in Niagara Falls and Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager for Affinity Gaming’s Nevada and Colorado operations. His extensive background with Boyd Gaming Corporation includes property leadership at Sam’s Town Shreveport, Suncoast Hotel & Casino, and Paradise Casino, along with development work for the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Gill began his career at Harrah’s Entertainment (now Caesars Entertainment) as a President’s Associate, where he supported seven new casino openings and numerous renovations before becoming Vice President of Service Operations for Harrah’s New Orleans.


Gill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University and earned his Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Throughout his career he has held key gaming licenses in Nevada, Illinois, Louisiana, New York, and California, as well as licensing with both the Seneca Nation of Indians and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.


Beyond his professional work, Gill is a dedicated father to his two children, Alic and Leighton, and enjoys travel, golf, fishing, wine collecting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
